We used Itineram through Trailfinders and our guide, Ricardo, was great! His English was excellent, he was knowledgable and has a great sense of humour-all of this made our trip so enjoyable and memorable.
You really get so much more from your visit if you have a guide that can tell you the history and significance of the sites. Our guide Alessandra was very knowledgeable, personable and expert keeping the group together with clear instructions. We enjoyed our tour very much.
This was money well spent. It was worth it alone to skip the line. It was a very hot day, but our guide was great and did a nice job of finding shade. I liked how you were given a little free time to explore the Colosseum and take pictures on your own. Also being able to see Palatine hill and the Forum too was great. My two teenage daughters found it worthwhile as well. I definitely recommend this tour.
